Returns and Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, you may need to return the product to us. Return shipping costs are:
    • Covered by STS Rise Above for defective or incorrect items.
    • The customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
